Now, according to the requirements of customers in different industries, we have developed multiple sets of pressing methods.
1. Floating pressure method - through the floating of the medium model table plate to ensure the consistency of the product and lower density
2. Lower pressure in the upper cylinder - the top die pressure, one time forming, saving the pressing time and improving the pressing efficiency, which is used for good molding materials with good fluidity.
3. The upper cylinder is pressed on the upper part, and the mold is pressed into the mold cavity. It is easy to demoulding, and the friction between the product and the middle die is reduced, so that the density of the product is more compact.
